At this initial stage, we listen to your needs, wants, and wishes and begin defining the scope of your project. We will help blend your vision with our expertise and our understanding of the design process.
DESIGN
We have designed many of the homes we have constructed and we understand the architectural design process. This understanding leads to a cohesive builder-architect relationship throughout the entire design process and construction project.
BUDGET
Clear, accurate, and concise cost estimation is provided for all scopes of work. Once the project begins, we work closely with our client, architect, and interior designer to manage costs as the construction progresses and final design decisions are made.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Supervising the day-to-day progress of a project and communicating with clients is paramount. Our project managers and site superintendents work closely with our clients so everyone is “on the same page” throughout the building process.
